Naomi House Children's Hospice

Naomi House Children's Hospice

Naomi House is the only local children’s hospice for central southern England and serves the people of Swindon and Wiltshire. It opened in 1997 to provide residential palliative care, including respite and terminal care, for children with life-limiting conditions which mean they will die before they grow up.

It also provides bereavement care and support to parents, brothers or sisters in coping before, when and after the child dies.

Naomi House makes no charge for the support it gives so that any help can be provided to all that need it. Neither does it receive any Government funding to support it's work. Instead it relies on voluntary donations to meet running costs, which are approaching £2.5 million per annum. Without these vital contributions there would be no hospice.
